Chris Masters

Chris Masters has spent the past five years splitting his time in New York working as a free lance choreographer, as Artistic Director for Mack Avenue Dance Company, and as Managing Director for a currency trading firm, and has now relocated back to his home in Detroit. A 2004 graduate of Wayne State University, he was a double major in Finance and Dance earning undergraduate degrees in both. Chris has served on the faculties of the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, Wayne State University, the American College Dance Festival, and the American Ballet Theatre's Summer Intensive. His work has been presented in New York City and Brazil, and has performed with Bill Young/Colleen Thomas and Dancers in New York, Detroit Dance Collective in Detroit, and CounterGroove Dance Company in Chicago.
